Kansas City - 1.5 Hours. Take I-35 N to Exit 61. Follow MO 69 and MO 6 East to Jamesport.
St. Joseph - 1 Hour. Take US 36 to I-35 N to Exit 61. Follow MO 69 and MO 6 to Jamesport.
Des Moines - 2 Hours. Take I-35 South to Exit 92. Follow MO 13 South, then follow MO, then
follow MO 6 at Trenton East to Jamesport.
Springfield - 4 Hours. MO 13 North to MO 6, then East to Jamesport, or US 65 to MO 6 at Trenton, then West to Jamesport.
St. Louis - 4.5 Hours. Take I-70 West to US 65 North, then MO 6 West to Jamesport.
